Your full guide to Morningspell.

  • If you're a current client, you can manage your appointments anytime through the Morningspell Support Client Portal. New clients will receive portal access instructions by email after their first booking.

    To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy.

    Need help with your appointments? We're here to support you. While we're happy to assist where we can, please note that we typically don't take bookings via phone or email. We encourage you to use the Client Portal wherever possible.

  • Absolutely not! Virtual assistance is a service everyone can benefit from, and we’re open to all who need it.

  • If you are an existing client, you can view and pay your invoices through the Morningspell Support Client Portal.


    Secure card payments are processed via a payment processor within the portal, or you may choose to pay by bank transfer. Bank details are listed on your invoice— please include your invoice number as the transaction reference.
Payment plans are not available at this time.

    Morningspell Support is a cashless service. We do not accept cash, cheques, or payments made via phone or email.

    NDIS Participants

    Morningspell Support is not an NDIS-registered provider, but we can provide services to both plan-managed and self-managed participants.

    Plan-managed participants:
 Sessions are charged at the NDIS rate of $70.23 / hour in line with the NDIA Pricing Guide. Invoices are issued directly to your plan manager.

    Self-managed participants:
 Self-managed clients may pay providers directly at an agreed rate. Our standard rates apply. Clients make payment to Morningspell Support and can then claim reimbursement through their NDIS funding.

  • Yes, Morningspell has a waitlist for our neurodiversity-affirming services. We don’t offer a cancellation waitlist, and current clients have priority when new spots open.

    Wait times depend on support worker availability. The waitlist is ordered by the date you submit your form— no deposit or commitment needed.

    You can join the waitlist here. If your situation changes, just let us know and we’ll remove your name— we understand things can shift.

  • Morningspell does not offer support coordination or plan management at this time.

    We are not a mental health service, and our team are not mental health practitioners. We do not provide therapy or counselling.

  • At Morningspell, we primarily use email and written communication, as we know many neurodivergent people, including our team, find this the most comfortable way to connect. For the fastest reply, please reach out via our contact form.

    We do our best to respond within three business days. Please note that we’re not health professionals and cannot offer therapeutic support or medical advice. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to provide thoughtful, quality support to our community.

  • To make sure we can continue providing reliable, high-quality support, Morningspell has a cancellation policy in place. As a small business, appointment fees are essential for sustaining our services, so the policy applies to all clients equally.

    If you need to cancel, please do so via the Client Portal at least 24 hours before your session.

    Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost (based on NDIS arrangements).

  • Morningspell Support is based in the Blue Mountains of NSW and operates primarily via video conferencing across Australia, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own safe, private space.

  • We want you to feel safe being your true self. We know that masking can happen automatically when things feel stressful, so we focus on creating a relaxed, low-pressure space.

    Feel free to communicate in the way that works best for you, whether that’s using scripts, stimming, typing instead of talking, or taking breaks whenever you need.

    And if you ever feel like you’re masking, just let us know. Being authentic is something we care about as much as you do.
